Florida, Sep. 20 – The Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) for the Recovery of Raw Materials in the municipality of Florida is developing a new program called «Eco Event», aimed at collecting waste in different events or activities organized by the local government or the Comité de Defensa de la Revolution (CDR) of the territory.
Alfonso Peña Espinosa, director of the UEB informed that the first Eco Event carried out in the locality was in an Agricultural Fair in the central park José Martí, in which 217 kilograms of different products were recycled.
The Raw Materials representative informed that tomorrow, Saturday, September 21, in zone 37 of the Popular Council of Argentina, this action will be carried out to celebrate the 64th anniversary of the creation of the CDRs. In order to execute the «Program» with quality, the organizers of the UEB of Raw Materials Recovery in Florida must ensure the proper management of the waste produced in the activities, and sensitize the participants to collaborate in this collective movement.
