Florida, Aug. 29 – Among the challenges of the new school term that begins next September 2 in Florida, the most important are to link teaching to the best of the Cuban pedagogical ideology and to strengthen the political-ideological work in educational institutions to foster in students an awareness of the role that will correspond to them in the future in the face of cultural colonization, hegemony and the expansionist ambitions of the empire.
The school today should direct its actions to create the necessary conditions and promote an institutional debate to avoid, in the middle of the economic and social situation of the country, that students remain at a disadvantage in learning, that’s why the importance of demanding continuous improvement from teachers.
Like the previous one, the 2024-2025 school year will be marked by diversity, equity and transformations in teacher training, where the quality of comprehensive training is a guarantee and with solid steps in the implementation of the Third Improvement of the country’s Educational System.
Among the priorities of Florida’s educational sector for the academic year that is beginning is to strengthen the school as the coordinator of the system of educational influences in all areas of knowledge, to attend to workers, citizenship training, the teaching of the English language and computerization competencies.
