Florida, May 16 – The correct preparation and preservation of food, at home and in public establishments, is an issue whose importance is reinforced in these days of intense heat.
This is expressed by Odelkis Pola Gómez, deputy director of the Municipal Directorate of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Microbiology of Florida, who, interviewed by journalist Pedro Pablo Sáez Herrera, offered details about the importance of taking care of food safety in private units and establishments, and the danger of street sales.
