Florida, April 15 – Floridian researcher María Antonia Fonte Alzugaray was selected the best museologist in the country, for the results of her work during the past year 2023.
The high recognition granted by the National Council of Cultural Heritage will be delivered on May 18, in the capital of the country, during the celebrations for the International Museum Day.
The selection of Fonte Alzugaray recognizes the outstanding historian’s performance at the Municipal Museum of Florida, her extensive research and preservation of the Floridian identity, and her dedication to the promotion of the heritage elements of the territory.
