Support for advanced producers, materializes in Florida (+ Post)

Florida, April 1 – The authorities of the Communist Party and the Government in Florida, together with the direction of Agriculture and the Ignacio Agramonte Agroindustrial Sugar Company are advancing in the purpose of rescuing and providing support to the producers and units with greater potential for sowing, harvesting and gathering food in the municipality.

That intention to motivate and support came to La Juanita, on the outskirts of the Muñoz Dam, to exchange with the farmer Felipe Alcántara Quintas, an earthquake of ideas, enthusiasm, sincerity and desire to get more out of the land.

He is a tireless Guajiro with a fiery verb: Felipe listened to proposals of collaboration from José Luis Rodríguez González, director of the Ignacio Agramonte sugar company, in the common purpose of multiplying and stabilizing the vianderas plantations and other lines.

Each of them placed their cards on the table in favor of a productive chain that could be beneficial for both parties and result in greater food options for the people of Florida.

The promotion of the Advanced Producers Movement in Florida’s agricultural sector fulfills the objective of placing the available resources in the lands where they are best used, and in the hands of those who demonstrate high levels of performance, seriousness and commitment to the local food self-sufficiency program.
