Florida, October 27.- With the holding of the workshop With the heat of 100 fires, directed by the Master in Educational Sciences, Odalys Matamoros, methodologist of History in Florida, teachers of that subject and of Political Culture remembered, at the Center of Documentation and Pedagogical Information (CDIP), to the Lord of the Vanguard regarding the 64th anniversary of his physical disappearance.
The teachers analyzed different facets of the legendary revolutionary and guerrilla career of the unforgettable commander of the Rebel Army, and his amazing feats, which made him transcend to become one of the great men in American history.
The occasion was propitious for the presentation of the book El Joven Camilo, by William Gálvez, dedicated to children and young people in whose pages the experiences of the hero of the Revolution stand out, many of them unpublished and presented in a recreated way, others already published, about of the man with the floppy hat.
Conferences, talks, book presentations and special morning sessions are some of the actions that are held in these October days in the territory’s educational institutions as a worthy tribute to Camilo Cienfuegos Gorriarán.
