Florida, Sep 25.- The economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba for more than 60 years considerably affects the Cuban people and especially people with disabilities.
In Florida, the members of the National Association of the Blind of Cuba (ANCI) suffer from limitations that prevent them from accessing items necessary for their personal development. This is confirmed by Emilio Sánchez Sarmiento, president of the union in the municipality.
