Master of Science Pablo Duval Vanté, Soil Policy specialist at the local agency of the Ministry of Agriculture, highlighted that «most farmers hear in Florida about the importance of producing and applying natural fertilizers and organic matter such as manure.» , leachate and worm castings; or intercropping and crop rotation, for example, but very few take advantage of or apply such practices in the production process.”
