Florida, Sep 22.- José Martí said it: «In peoples who have to live from agriculture, governments have the duty to preferably teach the cultivation of the fields» to which we can also add the obligation to guarantee and support quality education in rural areas.
This policy is evident at the Carlos Rodríguez Careaga primary school in the Las Marías community, in the extreme South of Florida, where eight children learn from the hand of their teacher Yunisleidy Juvier Abreu.
