Florida, Aug 10.- The Muñoz dam is a benchmark of the great hydraulic work of the Cuban Revolution materialized in Florida in the 70s of the last 20th century.
With the capacity to store more than 100 million cubic meters, this reservoir allows the control of large volumes of water to reduce the risk of flooding in communities located in the south of the territory and constitutes a vital source to guarantee irrigation to crops in agricultural programs.
