Florida, June 4 – In greeting to the 60th anniversary of the creation of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), an act of tribute to the workers of the sector was held at the headquarters of the National Revolutionary Police in this Florida municipality.
The delivery of medals and other recognitions to officers with an outstanding career for 10, 15 and 20 years in the mission of ensuring the well-being of the people and citizen tranquility was part of the activity.
The Municipal Assembly of the Government and the social organizations of the territory also extended their gratitude to the members of the MININT for their dedication in the task of guaranteeing the security of the State and the integrity of the Cuban nation.
In the ceremony held in Florida in tribute to the 60th anniversary of the Ministry of the Interior, which will be held on June 6, the highest authorities of the Communist Party and the Government in the town participated, along with directors of the main entities of the municipality.
