Florida, 31st – Systematically informing workers about the production and service plans and tasks that occupy each group is a duty of the administrations and all other political and union actors in every entity of the municipality of Florida.
In this same context, it is also essential to promote timely and transparent debate on internal limitations and alternatives for overcoming current challenges on the path to fulfilling the state and social mandate in all companies, agencies, and units within the territory.
This demand was echoed here by the highest authorities of the Party and the Florida government during follow-up and monitoring visits to the socio-economic and political mandates in people’s councils and other grassroots spaces.
These dialogues promote the importance of increasing worker participation in administrative decisions, the sense of belonging, and awareness of the nation’s challenges and difficulties in the current context of exacerbated imperialist aggression against the Cuban people.
