Florida, March 20 – Roberto Conde Silverio, a member of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, emphasized in Florida the importance of thoroughly analyzing every problem affecting the population, intelligently studying possible solutions, and acting on them with the utmost urgency.
The political leader from Camagüey participated in the analysis summarizing Monday’s activities, reviewing the provision of basic services such as food distribution, water supply to communities, repairs to electrical grids, fuel reserves, and assistance to the most vulnerable groups, among others.
In this regard, Roberto Conde Silverio stressed the strategy of supporting the people wherever such disruptions occur in their lives, and instructed the highest administrative authorities of the municipality to remain at the forefront of this mission in the current situation. Referring to the progress in installing photovoltaic energy systems at key service-providing institutions in Florida, the member of the Provincial Party Bureau defended the idea of placing televisions in each one, with the aim of maintaining the flow of information to the masses amidst the complex energy situation the country is experiencing.
Roberto Conde Silverio also condemned the US administration’s policy of strangulation against Cuba, called for maintaining active revolutionary vigilance, and urged the rejection of the enemy’s media and subversive warfare aimed at creating scenarios of aggression against the constitutional order and public tranquility.
