Florida educators awarded the Dream Repair Guide designation (+Post)

Florida, December 22 – During the municipal celebration of Cuban Educator’s Day, the José Martí Pioneer Organization in Florida awarded the «Dream-Repairing Guide» distinction to a group of educators with outstanding achievements in pioneer work.

During the ceremony, the fundamental role of teachers was highlighted, not only in instruction but also in the holistic development and promotion of values ​​in new generations, serving as pillars in building the life projects of the pioneers.

Among the eleven distinguished educators were directors of primary, special, and secondary schools, as well as coordinators, methodologists, and teachers. Those recognized included Martha Morgan Soroa, director of the Leonor Pérez Cabrera School; Damayantis Brage García, of the Enrique José Varona School; and Dayami Monedero Veitía, of the Renato Guitart Rosell School.

Odalis Zulueta Nocedo, of the José Luis Tassende Special School, also received the distinction. Mariela Cit Rodríguez and Idenia Quiñones Peláez, coordinators of the Enrique José Varona school, also received an award.

The list of honorees is completed by teacher Norquis María Sánchez Oviedo; academic secretary Yaunelis Plasencia Rosquete, from the José Martí Pérez junior high school; and methodologists Yudith Suárez Alzugaray and Thamara Martínez Reina, along with educational level head Liuva Rodríguez Pereira.

The «Dream-Repairing Guide» distinction underscores these professionals’ commitment to children and their essential contribution to the Pioneer movement in the region.
