Florida, September 1st – In the coastal community of Playa Florida, the Heriberto Martín Guzmán Elementary School has an interest group called Los Cocodrilitos (The Little Crocodiles). They play a very important role in caring for and protecting the environment as part of the Mi Costa International Project, Resilience to Climate Change.
This group of children, tasked with implementing environmental policies and taking small actions to help sustain the coastal ecosystem, is the subject of a report by journalist Mayelin Baryolo Rodríguez.
