Florida, 22 Jul.- Several educators from Florida were awarded with the Rafael María de Mendive Medal, an honorable distinction granted by the National Union of Education Workers, Science and Sport to outstanding teachers and researchers in recognition of the merits acquired during the deployment of their career for more than 20 years.

Barbara Lorenzo Guerra, a specialist from the Diagnostic and Guidance Center in Florida who is on the award list, was interviewed by journalist Luis Ortiz Chaviano.
