Floridian student wins bronze medal in the National Badminton Pioneer Tournament

Estudiante floridana gana medalla de bronce en el Torneo Pioneril Nacional de Bádminton

Florida, April 28 – Floridian student Amanda López Pedroso won a bronze medal in the National Badminton Tournament held in the province of Pinar del Río.

The student, who is in sixth grade at the Manuel Fajardo elementary school, represented the province of Camagüey in the competition, and won third place in the national level, after a hard-fought competition where the performance of each of the participants in this sport was evaluated.

Students and teachers of her school gave a warm welcome to the athlete and her coach Adían Valiente Díaz, in an impromptu ceremony to recognize the results achieved in this sport and praise her exceptional participation in the competition.

Passionate about badminton and also winner of important knowledge competitions in the school where she studies, Amanda López Pedroso, continues training with discipline and determination for upcoming sports competitions.
