Florida, April 10 – The date of April 10 marks a new anniversary of the creation of the Kindergartens, institutions dedicated to provide attention to early childhood.
Elda Mena, a methodologist in charge of Early Childhood at the General Directorate of Education, gave an interview to journalist Luis Ortiz Chaviano about the celebration of the 64th anniversary of the kindergartens circles in Florida.
