Florida, April 1 – Magdalena Abreu Walter, a nurse in the Immediate Puerperium Service, will forever keep in her memory the experiences she has lived for more than three decades of emotions, sleeplessness and much love with each patient, most of that time at the Florida municipal hospital.
Now that the time has come to give back to her family all the warmth she owes them for so many days and nights of absence at home, she says goodbye to her co-workers whom she calls her children, as expressed in the following report by journalist Pedro Pablo Sáez Herrera.
