Florida women leaders trained on my Cost Project (+Post)

Florida, Mar. 25 – Leaders of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) in Florida received training on the My Coast Project, natural solutions to climate change, given by professors from the Municipal University Center (CUM).

The CUM specialists provided information on how to safeguard the environment in the face of climate change and the different gender approaches existing in society.

The meeting also included a talk on drugs and the consequences of their consumption on health, as part of the actions to confront this scourge, which is being carried out during this week.

The Mi Costa Project, a resilience to climate change, has a 30-year implementation in the municipality of Florida and among its objectives is the training of more than 36,400 inhabitants on different topics.
