Florida, Mar. 12 – Representing the two high schools of Florida, 15 12th grade students participated in the Third Ignacio Agramonte Cup, an event that took place from March 6 to 9 at the University of Camagüey.
With a competitive character, the event aims at guaranteeing enrollment in the University for talented young people and rewarding the winners with the awarding of a degree, exempting them from taking entrance exams to Higher Education.
The competition consisted of a qualifying written exam, based on the subject corresponding to the specialty chosen by the student, and a skills test or interview for those who passed the first exam.
The Ignacio Agramonte Cup represents a unique opportunity for students to demonstrate their abilities and skills, and ensure their academic future at the University of Camagüey.
