Performance of the leaders of the Labor and Social Security Administration recognized in Florida

Florida, Feb. 3 – Demanding and defending the exemplarity of the administrative leaders, raising their political preparation and the capacity to lead the collective, and guaranteeing the relay among young people with greater capacities and disposition are the keys to achieve success in any task; this was the opinion of the participants in the annual balance meeting of the Cadre Commission held in the Municipal Directorate of Labor and Social Security.

They were accompanied by the member of the Municipal Bureau of the Party, Misleydis Ramírez Núñez, who congratulated the eight women who assume various responsibilities in that instance for their performance in the previous period, and called them to continue signing values in that important institution.

Yamirka Goris Benítez, director of Labor and Social Security in the municipality of Florida, emphasized that in this entity they work as in a big family capable of carrying out multiple tasks on the basis of unity, commitment and solidarity internally and towards the rest of the society.

The balance meeting held by the structure in charge of overseeing the conduct and performance of the cadres in the Municipal Labor Directorate in Florida pondered ethics and sensitivity as an essential standard in the leadership of a collective that manages resources, touches people with their hands and every day puts into practice government policies, conquests and new dreams of social justice of the Cuban Revolution.
