Florida, Jan. 3.- Workers of the Argentine Sugar Agroindustrial Company, in the municipality of Florida, declared themselves in a position to face the harvest tasks proposed to begin in the next few days.
According to the criteria of the representatives of the board of directors of the entity, the process of preparing the means destined to cut and pull the cane was complex, but they managed to get the majority of them ready, including the high-performance Casé-7000 and 8,000 harvesters located in the company itself.
Both these more modern technology equipment and the KTP combines, located in the rest of the cutting fronts of the Basic Cooperative Production Units, were waiting for the arrival of the lubricants necessary to certify their start-up.
The 2025 sugar harvest in the Argentine agro-industrial conglomerate and in the rest of the municipality of Florida will take on the challenge of surpassing the results of the previous campaign, where the delivery of raw material to the mills was lower than the initial estimate, due to the lack of fuel, lost time, and the disorganization of some groups in the fields.
