Floridian economy demands to increase production of exportable products (+Audio)

Florida, Dec. 26 – In a recent report to the National Assembly of People’s Power, Cuba’s Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz, explained that «the total income in foreign currency is not being met due, fundamentally, to the non-fulfillment of income from exports».

He also added that, «therefore, self-financing schemes in foreign currency are approved for exports of tourism, tobacco, charcoal, honey, bee honey, recycling of raw materials and steel».

On the behavior of these activities in the municipality of Florida during 2024, the Master of Science Miroslava Pacheco Martínez, specialist of the local Administration Council for export, international cooperation and foreign investment issues, offers details in the report by journalist Yunier Soler Castellanos.
