Florida nurses are recognized for their work

Florida, Oct. 31.- The Department of Nursing in the General Directorate of Public Health of the municipality of Florida recognized the efforts of the professionals of this branch to support medical attention in the different levels of assistance of the territory.

With a little more than 50 percent of the demand for nurses covered in the current stage, the health sector maintains this type of service in most of the family doctor’s offices, polyclinics, hospitals and other centers, where extraordinary efforts are made every day.

Marlenis Sierra Escudero, Deputy Municipal Director of Nursing, thanked the unconditional dedication of many of her colleagues who, in the midst of complex personal situations or lack of resources, continue to work tirelessly in favor of the people in each assistance unit in Florida.

This gratitude is also shared by the thousands of patients who, in their sick beds, are accompanied day and night by one or more nursing professionals willing to fight for the survival of each one of them.
