Florida, Aug 21.- Florida sprinter Yarima García Díaz is preparing to fulfill one of her great sports dreams at 19 years of age.
The Floridian is part of the Cuban delegation participating in this edition of the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary, and on August 25, when she takes to the track to run as part of the West Indian women’s short relay, she will become the first athlete of this municipality to compete in an event in the world of this sport for the senior category.
