Cuba, Feb 26 - Over 6.8 million Cubans voted Yes last Sunday, thus ratifying the new Constitution of the Republic of Cuba, according to preliminary information offered Monday afternoon in Havana by Alina Balseiro, president of the National Electoral Commission.
Havana, Feb 22 - Cuba's foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez, called on Thursday to support the new Constitution in the February 24 referendum, as it is a magna carta that ratifies the aspirations for peace.
