Cuba: Salon on Great Works in Small Formats Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 3 - The 10th edition of the Small Format Regional Salon will be held from Dec. 4 to 7, and will be dedicated to the 500th anniversary of this city, a World Cultural Heritage site, the organizing committee informed.

Known in ancient times as the colonial Villa de Santa Maria del Puerto del Príncipe, the city of Camagüey, about 570 kilometers east of Havana, will host the most representative works of artists who work with small formats.

The opening of collateral exhibitions and the central exhibit at the Miranda Gallery are part of the four-day event.

The Small Format Regional Salon in Camagüey, held every two years, brings together artists who take on the challenge of doing great artwork in small formats.
