Havana, Nov 30 - Western Cuba has been affected by torrential rains that caused several buildings to collapse partially on Friday and two people killed in this capital.

According to the latest weather forecast broadcast by the Meteorology Institute, during the past few hours, rains have been heavy and intense, especially along the north coast of the western region.
In that regard, in Bahia Honda, Artenisa province, west of Havana, the accumulated rainfall reached 73 millimeters, compared to 23 millimeters in Casa Blanca, Havana.
According to the report, rains will tend to decrease in intensity on the north of Havana province.
In this regard, among the incidents reported until Friday night as a consequence of the heavy rains, two people were killed when a building collapsed partially in Centro Habana municipality.
