Quito, Nov. 12.- In Ecuador, the prefect of Pichincha, Paola Pabón, along with the leader Virgilio Hernández, who remain in preventive detention, accuse the Lenin Moreno Government of political persecution.
In a special commission created by the Legislature to investigate the events, the thesis of the government was ruled out, according to the head of the Joint Command, Roque Moreira, who was dismissed, hours after the revolt ended, contradicted the possibility of a coup State, as Moreno said.
Nor did he confirm that in Ecuador there are armed groups, part of the accusations against the correistas.
The right related to Moreno, reiterates that investigations must be exhausted.
The Prefect of Pichincha Paola Pabón, also accused that the objective of what  she calls Political Persecution is to appropriate Pichincha Prefecture, by allowing his preventive detention, to exceed the term of legal absence.
