Nov.1st - The sugar derivatives industry and the agricultural activity of Florida municipality, will be the scene of two important events this first day of November, aimed at deepening the properties of the so-called Fruit Olido Sacárido in Sorbitol, and an exchange between local agricultural producers and sugarcane leaders in the country.
On the initiative of the AzCuba group, Florida is home to the second national meeting of prestigious researchers from the country's Engineering and Biotechnology Centers, who in this exchange will assess aspects of the work and behavior of the application in practice of this novel element.
During the day on Friday, sugarcane producers with yields of 70 tons per hectare, participants in the national meeting of recognition of their work, to be held in Camagüey, will travel seven local entities in the sector, an occasion for the exchange of experiences and to assess new proposals.
Both in the plenary session of the second national meeting on Fruit Olido Sacárido, in which the Sorbitol derivative factory is one of the pioneers, as well as the exchange of good growers, will be of great benefit due to the projections of resuscitation of derivatives and the validity of reaching higher cane yields, in search of the sustainable harvests required by the country.
