Florida, march. 4th - Journalists, artists and workers of the Florida´s Radio Station gave beginning the activities in salutation to the Cuban Press Day, which extends until march 14th, anniversary 122 of the Patria newspaper founded by José MartÃ.
The placement of a wreath at the statue of the national hero in the central park of the town and review about Marti's genius expressed in the newspaper Patria, served to weave unquestionable but with different links in the life of legacy stages.

Humberto Guevara, President of the Union of Cuban Journalists in the municipality, reported on the activities to celebrate the date, which includes sport competitions, workshops about gender and the celebration of the Women International Day, next March 8th , dedicated to the female journalists , among others.

At the beginning of the Cuban Press Day, the workers in the municipality of Florida, were convoked to prestige the most universal of Cuban journalists, José MartÃ, with their work in this important mass media.
