Florida. Feb 17 - Florida surpassed the first 50 days of 2014 with a zero infant and maternal mortality rates, results that should care here throughout the year with the help of the many factors included in the defence of the most important program of the Health Sector.
 Marlenis Sierra Escudero, official of the Infant and Maternal program (PAMI) in the municipality of Florida, said that Florida neither reported deaths at pre-school and school ages, which convenes to maintain individual and collective responsibility in the periods of pregnancy, postnatal period, breastfeeding and the growth of infants.
Until February 17th , 89 children saw the light for first time in Florida, with all the guarantees necessary to ensure the survival of the mother and the child.
The favorable results of the maternal child program constitute the main meter for the social development of any country or territory, the starting point of the expectation of life of human being and sample of the health care and other benefits guaranteed to the people by the State and the Government.
